We round out this year reflecting on our highlights and planning for Your Workplace Culture Guide in 2024;
Earlier in the year, we launched the Motion Community, providing job seekers and those looking to level up their careers with interview tips and access to resources and job opportunities.
We facilitated a ‘Hiring and People Operations’ session with the Founders on the Techstars Lagos Accelerator 2022 Cohort.
We trained HR professionals on building startup culture, policies and processes with StartupHR’s Accelerator Program
We won the Nimbus Aid Project, coming top 3 out of 875 applicants!
We facilitated a Masterclass on “How to Attract and Retain Top Talent in a Global Market” at Techpoint’s Modern Workplace Africa Conference.
We expanded our reach by facilitating a session on Diversity and Inclusion for a UK-based company.
We partnered with BusinessDay as knowledge partners on a Talent Management Conference, ‘Talent Management In The Age of High Mobility’ for HR professionals. We invited speakers like Mr Olatunbosun Alake, Lagos State Commissioner for Innovation, Science & Technology, who gave the keynote speech and Ayodeji Ajibola, HR Director, Guinness Nigeria (Diageo), with whom we had a fireside chat.
We discussed conducting a skill gap assessment with the Talstack team in preparation for 2024.
Our product, OnCulture, is in beta testing and will get to its first set of users in January 2024 (We are excited!)
We showed up every month this year to give you letters on everything people and culture. This year's most-read newsletter is - Do I Care About My (Or My Team’s) Growth? Read it up here.
